Catamaran ATAO Plongée

Located in Grande Anse d’Arlet, in the southwest of Martinique,
ATAO Plongée is a family-run, committed dive center offering personalized marine experiences
aboard its catamaran, operated with a very low carbon footprint.
Far from mass tourism, every outing takes place in a small group to ensure safety, conviviality
and respect for the natural environment.

The center organizes catamaran days, discovery dives (classic or as a
double dive package), diving courses, dives for certified divers
and night snorkeling outings to discover bioluminescence.
Participants are always accompanied by state-certified instructors, passionate about local biodiversity
and trained to welcome all kinds of guests inclusively, including people with disabilities.

ATAO Plongée stands out for its commitment to energy efficiency:
its catamaran uses less than 3.5 liters of fuel per hour, while onboard electricity is produced
by photovoltaic panels, reducing its impact on the reefs.
The equipment provided (fins, masks, shorty wetsuits, torches, paddleboards, floating play area) lets everyone — from experienced divers
to the simply curious — experience the sea at their own pace.

The team takes great pride in combining enjoyment, education and ecology.
Outings include friendly moments, a homemade BBQ (optional, suitable for vegetarian,
vegan, gluten-free or lactose-free diets) as well as conversations about the wildlife and plants observed.
