Safety information:
AED on site. The nearest recompression chambers are at Bandos Maldives, Kuramathi Medical Centre and ADK Hospital (Malé).
Other activities offered by the centre:
Freediving, snorkelling, Seabob, jet ski, parasailing.
Opening days and annual closure:
Open year-round, every day from 8am to 6pm.
Good to know:
"Dive with Friends" — the Maldives is a Muslim country, and on local islands alcohol is not available. We kindly ask our guests to respect local customs by dressing appropriately in public spaces (shoulders and knees covered).
An exception applies at Bikini Beach, where swimwear is permitted. Thank you for helping to maintain a respectful and welcoming atmosphere on the island.

We spent the last two weeks diving on Gurhaidoo and had an absolutely amazing experience! The island is beautiful and the underwater world is incredible – we saw turtles, sharks, rays, and stunning fish on almost every dive. The whole team was super friendly, helpful, and easygoing. The dive guides spoke English, Spanish, and German, which was really convenient. Equipment rental and organization were smooth, and we even extended our dive package because we loved it so much! Big shoutout to the dive guides and also the boat crew – always in a great mood and very supportive. 10/10 – highly recommended!

We had a fantastic experience diving with Dive Point on Guraidhoo and can highly recommend this dive center. Everything is very well organized and professionally run. The team, under German management, clearly knows what they are doing. All guides – without exception – are extremely friendly, highly competent, and always make you feel safe in the water. What stood out was how they truly take individual wishes and needs into account while still creating unforgettable dive experiences. We had the chance to dive twice at Shark Tank and explored several beautiful reefs as well – every dive was well planned and memorable. Overall, a top-level dive center with a great team and outstanding service. Highly recommended.

Very nice, relaxed atmosphere. Beginner friendly, we did the scuba diver certification and Louisa was an excellent guide/teacher, serious about safety, but keeping the mood light. There were also plenty of more advanced divers and a lot of awesome diving sites. Really worth to give it a try if you have never dived, the aquatic flora and fauna is beautiful in the Maldives!

The dive operations were smooth, professional and safety-focused throughout the trip. 😊 A special thanks to my dive guide, Jina, for being so attentive, patient and supportive throughout the dives. He noticed my swollen eye on the first day and advised me to sit out the next dive for my safety and also helped me work through my equalisation struggles, which made a huge difference to my confidence underwater as a newer diver. We’ve spent 10 days on Guaraidhoo,, and had a marvelous time diving with Dive point. With the exception of a whale shark we saw everything that you can expect in this area. Our dive guide Meer did an super job, found the best places for diving, we had a great group of helping people on On board, all together we had a great time with the dive point crew! Com At least 5 stars for the diving!!!!!!
