What an amazing experience! The diving and snorkeling trip exceeded all my expectations. The underwater scenery was absolutely beautiful, with clear water and plenty of marine life to see. The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and supportive from start to finish, making everyone feel safe and comfortable. Such a friendly team! They made us feel relaxed right from the get-go. Professional, fun, and just great guys to go diving with. I went diving with Nemo Dive Fujairah on 29 May 2026. I had expected the service to be as exceptional as what I experienced in Dubai, where I did my refresher, but in my experience it was quite different. In my opinion, if you're a newly certified diver with fewer than 15–20 logged dives and are used to the diving and hospitality culture of Southeast Asia, you may want to lower your expectations a little here. For me, the coordination didn't feel very smooth. I found I had to be quite proactive in asking the front desk and instructors for basic information, such as which instructor or boat I'd be going out with. It felt a bit "self-service," both for the trip and the gear. This was also my first time diving in the Middle East during summer, so my body was still adjusting with the heat and I wasn't feeling my best. I personally felt the boat captain was more attentive to how I was doing than the diving instructors were. On our trip there were 6 divers, 2 instructors, and 1 divemaster in training, so it's possible they were simply stretched that day.
