The whole team was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on safety at every stage of the training. As a beginner, I always felt supported and confident in the water. Visham was an excellent instructor: patient, clear in his explanations, always present when needed, and he also made the learning process fun and enjoyable. Daveena was always welcoming, smiling, friendly, and did her best to organize everything smoothly. She made the whole experience stress-free from start to finish, thank you Daveena❤️ Ti Christophe was fantastic as well, always kind, helpful, and ready to assist with anything, while “grand” Christophe is a true diving master whose experience and passion are inspiring! The scuba diving experience was absolutely incredible and a true highlight of my trip. As a beginner, Christophe made me feel completely at ease. He explained everything clearly and you can tell he really knows his stuff. Daveena was just as amazing, handling all the admin and registrations smoothly and making the whole process effortless. They went above and beyond to make my birthday special, even surprising me underwater with a birthday board, which was such an unforgettable touch. First Dive Magic at Preskil – A Perfect Introduction to the Underwater World ! Our first scuba diving experience at Scuba Diving World Center at Preskil Mauritius was nothing short of unforgettable. We were three friends, equally excited and a little nervous, and although our dive had to be postponed to 1st May (May the first be with you - Star wars pun), it turned out that patience truly is key—because when the day finally arrived, everything was just perfect. From the start, the whole Symbiosis team made us feel welcome and at ease. A big thank you to Daveena, Christophe, Denis, and Ti Christophe for their professionalism and warmth throughout the experience. We began with the Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) e-learning, which helped us get familiar with the basics beforehand. Once on site, Denis and Christophe gave us a detailed and attentive briefing, making sure we understood every step and felt confident before heading into the water. Our first sea dive at Trou Moutou, at a depth of around 2–9 meters, was simply breathtaking. Guided by Denis and Christophe, we entered a completely different world—calm, vibrant, and full of life. The aquamarine scenery and the marine creatures swimming gracefully around us made it feel almost surreal. A special mention goes to Christophe, who is an exceptional instructor—thorough, kind, calm, and fun. He has a great way of explaining techniques in different ways, ensuring everyone understands while steadily building confidence and improving skills. To wrap up this amazing experience, we were treated to a lovely cup of tea and peanut cookies, which was the perfect ending to an already perfect day. If you’re thinking about trying scuba diving for the first time, this is truly the place to do it. An experience we will cherish forever! Keep on keeping on :) Ketan

This week a friend and I completed the PADI Open Water Course with Christophe, and had an incredible experience. We chose the Scuba World team because of the reviews and because it would be just us and the instructor, which was super helpful. Chris is a very thorough, kind, calm, and fun instructor. He explains techniques in multiple ways and really helps build up your confidence, while refining your skills and form. After our dives we always spent time chatting about what we saw in the different books and brochures. I went into this week being very unsure about diving, and now feel so much better in water, and excited about diving. We did another dive today because we had such a good time. Bonuses for us were: this is a family run business, and everyone is super nice, especially Daveena. Also super nice was our non-diver friend was able to come hang out at the resort. Can't recommend them enough and look forward to coming back in the future.
