Safety information :
At Sindalahs, your safety is our absolute priority. All divers must be certified by a recognized agency (PADI, SSI, NAUI, CMAS, etc.) and present their certification card and diving logbook at check-in. Standard itineraries require an Open Water certification with at least 20 logged dives, while advanced routes such as Brothers, Daedalus and Elphinstone require an Advanced Open Water certification with 30 to 50 dives or more due to strong currents and open water dives. All divers must fill out a medical questionnaire before diving and, in case of special conditions, obtain a doctor's certified authorization. It is strongly recommended to take out a diving insurance covering hyperbaric treatment and emergency evacuation. Before each dive, our guides conduct a complete briefing and check the mandatory safety equipment. During the dive, respect your certification limits, stay with your buddy and always perform a safety stop. Enriched air Nitrox is available for certified Nitrox divers. After the dive, a minimum interval of 18 to 24 hours before flying is required. The boat is equipped with complete emergency equipment and our teams are trained in rescue procedures and oxygen administration. The nearest hyperbaric chambers are located in Hurghada and Sharm El Sheikh. Weather conditions are monitored continuously to ensure everyone's safety. Each diver is responsible for their limits and communication with the team in case of distress. All current health measures are respected.

Amazing facilities, equipment and service, but the most important thing is they’re great people with a huge heart. I was unfortunate to have been under surgery during my trip with Sindalahs, was feeling sick the first days and then had to evacuate for getting medical assistance and they arranged the whole logistics with their speed boat to get me to land safe and sound. They also came to visit me during my stay at the hospital, all the staff stopped by to wish me a quick recovery. I can’t wait to get better and to go back there and board again in one of the most beautiful experiences ever.
