Tikehau Diving is a family-owned and human-scale business, founded in 2012 by enthusiasts of underwater activities.
With over a decade of experience on the ground, we possess a knowledge of the sites that borders perfection.
Our team is composed in part of island residents, who will share with you their knowledge, anecdotes, and the local culture of Tikehau.

Safety information :
An emergency plan is defined and on board each vessel. For safety reasons, we avoid deep dives in the late afternoon, the nearest hyperbaric chamber being located in Tahiti.
Other activities offered by the center :
Under the guidance of our reference biosphere guide, we also offer :
– Half-day snorkeling tour including the iconic sites of Tikehau: manta ray site, coral garden, Tuheiava pass to search for dolphins and encounters with a rich and varied marine fauna.
– Eco tour on a full day including the manta ray site, visit to the Eden island (small community living in autarky, with souvenir shop offering part of their production – expect local currency and water shoes), as well as a picnic on a pink sand motu. Snorkeling in a channel to meet Jaja and Juju, the marine friends of your guide.
Opening and annual closure days :
Dives take place every day of the year, except December 25 and January 1.
The office is open to the public from Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and on Friday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
A permanence is assured by WhatsApp at +689 87 28 27 07 until 7:00 PM (local time).
Fill in the diver forms correctly, bring a medical certificate in case of a positive response to the health questionnaire, as well as the certification card and the diving logbook.

My wife and I had the pleasure of diving with Tikehau Diving, and everything was absolutely wonderful with them as a center. All the instructors were skillful and knowledgeable, the staff in the center were kind and more than helpful when my wife was injured and needed medical attention. They took care of everything so we would have as good a time as possible. Everything was on schedule. All the gear looked well maintained. They had Magnum ice creams at a completely fair price point even though they probably could have charged double and still sold out. This center represents everything you want in a good dive center. We had an amazing time with tikehau diving. We went scuba diving (dive baptism AKA first dive) one day and on the snorkeling tour the next day. It was awesome. Our two guides Mathieu and Clem spoke English. Clem lead most of it. She was awesome and very smart as she’s a shark researcher. On our snorkeling tour, we saw schools of fish and many large fish and sharks. We went to the fisherman village to have lunch. It was very good. I would highly recommend tikehau diving!

We went on about 6 dives including double morning dives and sunset dives. The team is very caring, knowledgeable and friendly. They picked us up and dropped off at the hotel. We saw tons of fish, small and large! Many reef sharks, medium fish, a turtle and a manta ray. Can’t wait to come back again!
